Rental Agreement

CLIENT understands that they are responsible up front for full rental payment at time of booking.

CLIENT understands that they are also responsible for additional disposal fees over 1 ton. This will be determined AFTER load has been weighed. CLIENT understands that this additional charge must be paid within 24 hours of weighing/disposal or CLIENT will face a surcharge of $25 per day for each day payment is not made.

CLIENT agrees to adhere to weight limits and fill guidelines as laid out by RENTER prior to rental.

If CLIENT requires more than one load disposal per day, an additional fee of $150 will be charged per load plus disposal fee’s within initial 24 hour period.

Disposal of loads must work within hours of operation of Oneida County Solid Waste: Monday–Saturday. Failure to adhere to these hours may result in additional charges.

CLIENT understand that they are responsible for adhering to all hazardous waste and environmental guidelines as laid out by NYS and Oneida County Solid Waste. CLIENT assumes AL responsibility, financial or otherwise, for violation of these guidelines. These guidelines are posted on the website.

CLIENT agrees not to move, drive or operate equipment rented by renter. Should CLIENT violate this rule in any way, CLIENT assumes full responsibility for any damages, physical and/or financial, that may occur to: equipment rented by renter, CLIENT’s property, items on CLIENT’s property, property of surrounding parties, personal injury or death of CLIENT or surrounding person or party.

In short, CLIENT thereby agrees to hold Take A Dump Trailer Rentals & Hauling LLC harmless for violation of any items listed in this agreement and assumes full physical and/or financial responsibility for any damages, injuries or deaths that may occur as a result of violating any item listed in this rental agreement.
